Il Mulino is an ancient watermill on the river Pavone recently converted into three independent apartments.
The house sits at the bottom of a very quiet and unspoilt valley crossed by two rivers and surrounded by secular oakwoods and chesnut groves. The property is surrounded by a large garden with plenty of fruit trees, an organic food garden, a lovely swimming pool and plenty of cozy shaded spots for relaxing and a lovely 5X10 swimming pool that sits in the sun all day.

The house is made up of 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms.
Apartment 1: sleeps 5 - 1 double and one twin room, 2 full bathrooms, a small open living area with a single sofabed.
Apartment 2: sleeps 4 - 1 double and one twin room, 1 full shower room, large professional kitchen, dining room.
Apartment 3: sleeps 5 - one triple bedroom, one open living room with kitchen, one shower room, wc and an independent ensuite twin-room.
The 3 apartments are completely independent, each with a fully equipped kitchen, a private outdoors eating and cooking area, satellite tv. The house has very thick walls which keep the air cool even in the hottest months.

Il Mulino is only 60 kms from the beach, and within one hour's drive from main art cities like Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra.
