Il Mulino Family Spa is a truly delightful place for a real pampering retreat. Part of the 13th century hamlet of Anqua in the borough of Radicondoli, Il Mulino is the original water mill once serving the hamlet. Bought in 1998 by a Neapolitan architect the Mill has undergone a careful restoration terminated in 2007.

The property is made up of two units, at present only the smaller house is being rented. The highlights of il Mulino are its very quiet location on the river, the sauna and steam bath converted from the original mill turbine room, the intimate feel of the place.

The house being rented develops over two floors, the lower ground hosting a cozy yet bright open kitchen/dining room with an open fire to cook on and warm the house in the colder months. The first floor hosts a lovely bathroom with bathtub and two elegant and welcoming double bedrooms.

The outside offers many relaxing spots with tables and sofas, a wood oven, a river for cooling off after your spa treatments.

The rental period runs from 1 May to 30 October.
