Surrounded by a large panoramic garden with plenty of trees, blossoming flowers, shaded areas to relax and an inviting 6x12 mt swimming pool, Villa Siena is an ideal base for a relaxing retreat with friends and family. Being the house exactly 4 kilometres from the centre of Siena, cultural curiosity and mundane life can easily be satisfied throughout the year without giving up on peaceful, rural surroundindgs.
The house develops over two floors. The ground floor hosts a 55 sqm lounge offering several comfortable relaxing spots to sit and chat with privacy in front of the fireplace in the winter months or in the cool shade in the summer and a large dining area seating 10 where your guests can gather over scrumptious, creative meals cooked in the modern kitchen perfectly equipped for short and long stays alike.
The ground floor also hosts a very large double bedroom, a large double bedroom, narrow single bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which is large and hosts a bathtub and two sinks, whilst the other has a shower.
A wooden staircase leads to the second floor. Here are a very large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large double, a very small single and another shower room.
Outside the lounge sits the terracotta lanai with an elegant gazebo offering pleasant shelter during the summer days. The panoramic swimming pool offers lovely views and pleasant colours with its marble masaics and various flowering plants and fruit trees, whose fruit are there to be enjoyed by guests throughout the year. Organic apricots, cherries, peaches and plums are but a few.
The pool has a minimum depth of 1 mt and a maximum depth of 2.2 mt.
The garden also has 2 covered parking places and 4 uncovered parking places.
The whole property is surrounded by trees and is fenced. Access to the property is through an electronically operated gate.
