The house rental is accessed through an arched furnished portico hosting an old functioning wood oven. The front door opens into a big sitting room with a splendid Tuscan fireplace and comfortable furniture. An open doorway leads to the well-lit kitchen/dining room where, if you like, you can taste meals prepared by the owner, a famous personal chef in the area.
Off the dining room on the the ground floor sits a passage room with a desk and a double sofa bed, a shower room with washing machine and a large double bedroom with an extra single bed. At the other end of the sitting room are two double bedrooms. An open tread, wooden staircase leads up to a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower stall.
Colli Talli
Colli Talli is a stunning ancient Tuscan "podere" (farmhouse) in the very heart of Tuscany conveniently located within 1 hour motoring of Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. Sleeps up to 10, 4 double bedrooms, a studio with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms.
The owner has devoted a great deal of attention to detail in the sensitive modernisation of this large structure to enhance the original beauty and with an eye to the enjoyment of future residents. To this end features such as a huge fireplace and large open plan areas have been maintained to give the whole space a feeling of airy brightness conducive to a sensation of tranquility.
Zone
Colli Talli is an ideal location to recharge ones energy away from the humdrum of daily life. A surprising achievement given that Radicondoli, the local municipality and its ancient unspoiled medieval fortress is only 5 minutes away. Belforte, the nearest medieval fortress, is only 10 minutes on foot! Radicondoli has no less than five restaurants open all year round. Food can be enjoyed in the setting of the truly breathtaking views.

We loved the location, the villa, and the country. We were a group of 6 people and we rented a van and 6 Bikes in Sienna (DF bikes) We travelled all around Tuscany and discovered Sienna, Volterra, Cecina, San Gimignano, The Chianti and Montepulciano and much more. We visited some Castle and some Abbaye. We swam in Terme. The villa was the perfect place to go back every night where we had everything to cook and sit in front of a beautiful fireplace. We even used the pool on a very warm afternoon of October.
Luana's dog welcome us on our arrival and visited us every morning. The sound of the sheep bells in the morning remind us how lucky we were to be in the Tuscany countryside.
If you are looking for a remote place close to all major cities within an hour drive and wants to fully taste Tuscany, rent this place you will enjoy every minute.

Thanks to Erica and Pure and Authentic, our month-long house party celebrating our 25th anniversary was nearly perfect. Because one of us is in a wheelchair, we had a lot of extra demands, and Erica was absolutely wonderful all the way through, from our initial contact with her until the day we arrived at the house and she and her partner came in to fix the toilet for us! She spent an amazing amount of time with us, both on the telephone and in person, trying to understand what we wanted and needed and helping us to find the best house. She also translated for the landlords the accessibility modifications we wanted made to the house, and everything was exactly as we had requested when we arrived.
We highly recommend Pure and Authentic for vacation rentals, and we are looking forward to exploring some of her other, smaller properties for holidays in the future.

Just wanted to say how much we absolutely loved staying in your beautiful farmhouse last August. There was a party of 2 families with 9 in total and the house was enormous and full of Tuscan character. The pool and gardens were so clean and well looked after! The farmhouse was a fantastic size for us and very well decorated and equipped. The photo's of the house show how beautiful it is but you can only fully appreciate the property and surroundings by staying there. We really can't thank you enough for all your hands on help and tourist advice during our stay. I can promise we will be back again as we all fell in love with Radicondoli and it has been, by far, the most talked about wonderful family holiday we've all enjoyed! All the very best and hope to speak with you soon!

I would highly recommend this property and will definately be going back. We had a fabulous holiday last March at this beauitiful farmhouse set amongst the hills and countryside with breathtaking views. A car is essential as it is a little remote but that's my idea of a holiday, away from it all with time and room to relax and recharge those batteries. It was so peaceful with ample room for our party of five adults and it was great to feel the warmth of the open log fire after returning for the day. Luana the owner lives closeby and she made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.
We will definately be returning, hopefully one summer when I believe a new open air swimming pool is planned.
Highly recommended, a first class property 10/10.

This house is fantastic. The owners are fantastic. Their dog is fantastic.
A group of 8 of us stayed there for a week in August 2009 and had an amazing time.
The house is everything you would expect from a house in the Tuscan countryside - rustic (in a good way), secluded and oozing with character. The rooms are very comfortable and quite traditional with a mixture of old furniture, though there are some more modern design touches scattered throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom is a work of art in itself!
The pool was the real star of the holiday - perfect after a hard days sight-seeing in nearby Siena or Florence.
The owners were really approachable and helpful - they really helped us out when our hire car broke down, giving us a lift to the nearest big town and treating us to a calming cup of coffee.
There is a great bar and restaurant in nearby Radicondoli.
Highly recommended.
