What’s special about our selection?

Well, no holiday home is included on our site until we are completely satisfied that it meets our rigorous criteria, including:

• First and foremost, the Pure and Authentic experience – quite simply, the holiday home and its location must present the best aspects of our country, from breathtaking scenery to the best in traditional regional cuisine;
• the holiday home itself must be Pure and Authentic in décor and feel, whilst uncompromising on facilities and comfort.
• welcoming and friendly – the owners or their representative must be readily available for help, and must be friendly;
• the holiday home must be kept well looked after and cleaned to a high standard.

To ensure that our criteria are met, we investigate each holiday home thoroughly. In the majority of cases, we have stayed at the holiday home several times for weeks at a time. Apart from ensuring that the holiday home is suitable in every way, it also gives us the opportunity to investigate the local area. Location is as important as the holiday home itself.

The right holiday home for you
We listen to your individual wishes and recommend the holiday home most suited to you. If we don’t think the property is right for you, then not only will we not recommend it, we will talk you out of it if necessary!

We are preparing a series of booklets to accompany each holiday home. As slow travelers in Italy we want to share with you our love for the beautiful sights and peaceful tranquility Italy has to offer, the best restaurants to find local cuisine, markets, events, in fact anything Pure & Authentic that’s happening within thirty miles. You don’t have to worry about planning your holiday… unless you want to! If you prefer to go back to the same holiday home, the booklets help you to get the most of your chosen area. If you prefer to try new places, then they help you explore.

Peace of mind
In addition to the support that is on hand from the property owners/representative, we offer ongoing support throughout your holiday. We are only ever a phone call away from you, and welcome any queries that arise during your stay.
